Description

How do we practice if we dont know what tomorrow will look like?
How do we relate to our environment, when its consistency is its changing nature?

How congruent are the predictions we make about our future with our acted-out solutions?

We are always cutting time short and find the most optimal solutions - but only so in the short run. I’d like us to take time to adapt to new proposals, movements, and workings on theoretical knowledge, because questions asked in haste rarely yield to answers that benefit us in the long run.

I offer a meaningful and honest practice to clean perceptual pathways, give rise to wonder, and delve into your attention to find out what moves you.

Cultivate

Movement beyond sterilized protocol.

a practice which is derived from your human architecture to nourish you and your relationship to the landscapes you choose to be in -

to sense the wind
feel your bones
expand your attention

from yourself to others.

The work is sourced from within your own well-spring,
and looks at forms as the emerging properties of sustained attention.
